The Mission

Theres nothing quite like getting a new custom board, even with the modern technology boards now on the market I have noticed that guys and girls are coming back into the shaping bay to compliment what they have in there quiver without breaking the bank and having enough cash left for those winter trips!

It's always been my intention to try and help improve everyone's enjoyment of surfing whether it be more radical or purely wave count! i will always have a good chat before shaping. this helps build up a relationship that proves invaluable as you progress, with constant feedback from both sides.

The Best Materials

The materials used are the best available in the UK Clark Foam and Silmar and Iso resins, hexcel,warped and sglass depending on customer requirements, f.c.s and euro fins, I have found that volume distribution plays a greater part in shaping the right boards as we tend to put on more rubber than our southern friends, have alot more variaty of breaks whether it be beach, rock, or reef. 

As with most 'mass' produced boards made for cornish beach breaks,often cutting corners as all those chinese factories fight for business, do you want a board made by someone who has never surfed before?
